Remove from me this sinful pride / remind me of your sacrifice / humble me and bring me low / bend me break me, guide my soul - From "Humble Me" Young, full of passion and fire, yet tempered with a mature faith - these are some of the qualities that describe the members of Solaris. With music that stirs the emotions, this modern rock band is driven to speak to modern culture with lyrics that are strikingly poetic, yet cut straight to the heart of what it is to be a Christian in this modern world. Mastered and mixed by Dave Matchack, Solaris' first disc nods to the musical influences of The Foo Fighters, Dave Mathews Band, Rush, Third Day, Blind Side, 3 Doors Down, and many others. Comprised of founding members Chris Wilkins, Bob Keller and Johnny Van Hoose, the band formed after the break up of a previous group, Mayday. Chris and Johnny attended church with G.W. LeMaster, who would turn out to be the last piece of the puzzle, providing the lead vocals and adding a new element to the lyrical content of the band. One of the things that make Solaris ready for prime time, is the live experience of each of the members. Combined, they have played over 1500 live shows with various bands over their careers, and none of the members are over the age of 25. Yet despite their notable talents and many successes, the guys maintain their down-to-earth attitude and desire to connect with people on a personal level. "We want people to see us as Christians who are just like them, facing the same challenges they face" explains G.W. "We want to hang out with people, shoot hoops with people, pray with people, and we see all of that as an act of worship" With a strong desire to write songs that reach into the heart of the daily Christian walk - that examine who God is, and how we apply his special revelation to our lives, Solaris takes their talents and ministry to a world that is looking for a direction..........A direction that points them to the Son.
This is confusing! The Other Popular Songs ARE from the Hungarian Progressive Band, but the displayed full-lenght ones are from an American band.
Please, make separate spaces for each....
(energetic tracks from the americans though)

Solaris is probably the best Hungarian Progressive Rock band ever!
Too bad it has so little fans around here!
Hajra Magyarok!
