From within, each of us emits a light...a fragment of themselves to others. Baring their souls, their hardships, and their desires through music, it is rare to find any others who shed the same light and believe in the same dreams. SonicBlonde is five and yet, they move and think as one. It's this very unshakable construction that has bound them together and made them invincible. It is during 2003 that SonicBlonde can say that they are truly a band. They have unmistakably uncovered the right dedication and skill within each of its members. Although this band has fought through, undoubtedly, stormy weather, they have always continued to shine. From winning the Long Island Music Festival in 2002, to opening for acts like Toto and, from Living Colour's, Corey Glover...to playing a showcase in the prestigious South By SouthWest Music Conference...SonicBlonde has risen to the challenge and succeeded each time. Proved by their versatility and highly facile musicianship, their sheer desire and persistence, SonicBlonde has concocted a fresh sound they like to call "Chunk Rock." Unequaled guitar rhythms with pounding unrestricted drum beats...incomparable groove-oriented bass lines...smooth, stellar guitar melodies are all the foundation holding their thoroughbred vocals above the rest.
