This IS NOT a normal record label... Sotones exists as a co-operative of like-minded artists from Southampton, UK, working together to help each other to bring you the great new music that we all want and need..
To let this happen, we have only one contract. it's not a contract with the bands, because we don't believe in them - it's a contract between us and you, the fans..
We promise to:
- Never rip you, or anyone else off
- rock every single show we play
- party like it's the last night of our lives
- but clean up after ourselves

Demo policy
Like we said, we're not a label in the normal sense - we only work with local acts, we all help out each other, and all the money goes back into the music.
This means that we don't normally take demos blind from people we don't know - but we are always keen to meet up and hang out with anyone that wants to come along to one of our nights, or give a track a listen if you want some genuine no-bollocks feedback. Check out www.sotones.co.uk for more...
