Based in small town Horsens, Denmark, Sparkplug played their debut gig in 2001 at the local High School. But it all started years before when *Mod* Frederik Hansen got hijacked by *Punk* 2902 Paria. They started jamming Who, Hendrix, Cream and almost anything out of the sixties with raw power. A couple of years later, a bass was forced in the hands of *Earthchild* Math Gregersen, and the raw power of the energetic trio evolved into the borderline case of Sparkplug. The three members of Sparkplug are Buddhist Punks, and get the best from two different worlds: A spiritual enjoyment and celebration of life, and an aggressive attitude against power mongers, death-trippers and ego-boosters.
