Formerly Lacker, Spun On has been playing in and around Montana since 2002. Though the songs and recordings are primarily a solo project by the bands front man, with some assistance from the bass player, the live show features four Helena, MT natives who have been playing together in some form or another for over 7 years. The sound has been described as melodic hardcore with a twist of dispair and is a compilation of home grown Montana punk with metal and prog influences. The live show is fast paced with very little room to breath. Spun On was recently featured on the Ernie Ball Battle of the bands stage at the 2004 Vanns Warped Tour and is planning a move to Eugene Oregon. A 3 song demo was released and can be heard on several local radio shows across Montana, and the full length CD is in the works.
