  Background:
  The Rachel and Amryn Memorial Project (or, RAMP) is a fundraising initiative in honour of Rachel and Amryn Vanderven, who both passed away due to Mitochondrial DNA depletion syndrome.

  Through various fundraising events, such as the upcoming benefit concert 'Ramp Amped', we hope to raise awareness about mitochondrial diseases, funding for research, and donations to various organizations that assist ailing children and support their families - such as Canuck Place Children's Hospice.

  Spygirl will be part of a night of music to support our friend and co-worker Lawrence Anthony. Lawrence is a well-loved member of the Vancouver music community, who suffered a brain hemorrhage in April, 2008.
