  I have only just discovered Steve Reich via Four Tet. I am struck by the similarity of From the Kitchen Archives no 2 Steve Reich and Musicians Live 1977 and an album that I have on vinyl by techno outfit Morph, called Stormwatch (1994)

  Steve Reich is my favorite artist... Eight Lines and Music for 18 musicians are my favorite's favorite... I found Vermont Counterpoint, a new favorite... (never ending love story with this music) thank you so much.

  Why is it that Philip Glass always gets more press than Reich? Reich is SO much better. I'll acknowledge that I haven't heard Reich's operas, but still ...
