  I bought Marquee moon about a month ago... holy sh*t. Tom Verlaine Is an unbelievable guitarist. To anyone who thinks Peter Frampton or Clapton are good, I'd suggest giving this a spin. Verlaine's Solos and riffs are melodic, lyrical, and emotional, like blues without the blues.

  I've just listened to the song Marquee Moon for the first time in ages - and i think it really is the greatest rock song EVER. Move over Stairway, Strawberry Fields and the rest.......!!

  The guitar approach from Tom Verlaine and Richard are simply the most innovative from their generation! Their album "Marquee Moon" is a majestic example.
