Dear fellow travelers,We have two news items for you.1––MTV's Subterranean will be re-airing our video for "Boys" on Saturday, July 19. Subterranean begins at 11 PM on MTV2. Mark your calendars, set your Tivos, kindly rearrange all your social engagements. Whichever suits you. You might also drop Subterranean a line if you would like to see the video again.2––One thing we have learned after many years is that Autumns fans are often musicians, especially guitarists. We regard this as a badge of honor. Apr 16, 08:23 AMNew album out NOW and other newsDear Fellow Travelers,
Much has been happening in our neck of the woods, and we realized that we're long overdue for an Autumns update. First of all, April 15th marks the US release of The Autumns new full-length album, Fake Noise from a Box of Toys.
You can pick up the album at your local record store, or you can download it from the iTunes store where it has been conveniently posted at the top of the Alternative Music page.
Note that we have scheduled a record release concert for May 10th at the Fonda in Los Angeles. We will send more details concerning the show as the date approaches. Also, it's worth mentioning that the video for the single Boys will be in regular rotation on MTV Subterranean, so keep your eyes peeled.
In other news, The Autumns Self-Titled album was released in Japan on April 2nd. The Japanese version of the album includes three previously unreleased bonus tracks. If you can read Japanese, you can purchase the album using the following link: http://thistimerecords.shop-pro.jp/?pid=7206369. If not, happy hunting!
With love,

Mar 01, 08:55 AMTour Update, SXSW and a Note to our Friends in TexasDear fellow travelers,
We will NOT be playing the recently posted shows outside California, with the exception of SXSW on Saturday, March 15. We apologize for those who planned on attending any of those. The initial motivation for putting together a tour out to SXSW was to help fund the trip there. It has turned out to be more cost effective to just head straight to Austin. If you live in Texas and bought tickets for either the Dallas or Ft. Worth shows, please contact us and we'll put you on the list for Austin, which we sincerely hope you'll be able to make. Again, our apologies, and we hope no one was inconvenienced.
The Autumns play SXSW on Saturday, March 15th, at Maggie Mae's Rooftop 23 East 6th St in Austin, TX.
The line-up is as follows:
8pm David Bazaan
9pm Jim Noir
10pm Nada Surf
11pm Colourmusic
