The three are Mario, Adrian, and Fabio. The story behind the band was this: LET'S DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT. Dateline, dawn of the 21st century, North Jersey USA. Mario and Fabio came from a ska/punk backround while Adrian's list of influences would take an hour to read off. The result was a 3 piece sound similar to others that have been done in the past, but uniquely done in its own right. The guitar, used as a hypnotically rhythmic element, the bass, a driving and sometimes even melodic force, the drums, played with all the technique and precision of a lead instrument, and the voice, uttering captivating melodies laced with shards of glass. The result was The Bad Scene, today's ska/reggae/rock power-trio. "A Classy Mess" (2007) out now!
