The Comforters are playing this Friday at The Indigo District here in downtown Eugene. The Indigo district is at the corner of 13th and Oak. We go on at 8pm and we're warming up the room for local singer-songwriter Ehren Ebbage.
It's an all ages show too. Hope to see you. $5
Also, we will have a new song download to share with you very, very soon. I'll be posting it on April 20th at the comforters website. Jason and I have been busy recording and we have 3 or 4 songs that are in the running for this month's freebie : )
Would you like a slower, moody tune or a more uptempo one? Or would you just like me to surprise you?

Mar 30, 11:00 AMSpring Snow?What a wild week here in Oregon! Snow flurries have been a fallin' this week and I'm starting to think that Spring is just not going to happen this year!
The good news is this weather has kept up indoors and we've tracked a bunch of guitars and drums and bass for the new tunes. I haven't decided which of the new tunes will be the next free download yet - but I'm excited to share all of them with you very soon. Look for a post and download preview mix of a newbie in a couple of weeks.
Consider it our dose of sunshine for ya in this never-ending winter.

Well Happy St. Patrick's Day to everyone. This is a fun download for you. It is NOT a Comforters tune - but it is an old tune of Jason's that is perfectly appropriate for this fine day :)
This song is "Seamus" from the band, The Flavor. Jason played guitar for The Flavor back in the 90's and this one of the few tunes he actually sang on as well.
It's a lot of fun and we hope it puts a wee little spring in your step today.
