    Toronto Canada 2004 I gave Simon a Thank You card with a personal note with it and asked to give it to Neil. After the show Neil and I bumped into each other and HE thanked ME before I could thank him - I was dumbstruck and could not offer to buy Neil an ale/lager PLEASE COME BACK TO TORONTO NEIL! It'd be a dream come true...yet again xxoo
