  It's been a busy week for the The Kooks, who were back on British soil ahead of their T in the Park Festival Appearance...
  
  On Thursday, the boys performed a stomping session on Jo Whiley's Live Lounge, playing a special version of current single, 'Shine On' plus a cover of Coldplay's 'Violet Hill'.

  Tonight's show re-arranged to alternate venue

  The Kooks' show tonight at the Apple Store in Regents Street has been
  cancelled and they will now be playing The Fly, 36-38 New Oxford Street
  (nearest tube Tottenham Court Road). 7.30 doors.

  APPLE INSTORE CANCELLED

  Due to unforeseen circumstances (problems with Westminster Council!) The Kooks will NOT be playing at the Apple Store on Regent Street tomorrow night – Wednesday 9th April.  BUT…..hang fire those of you who won tickets to go and see them, we are trying to find a solution, we have your phone numbers and we’ll be in contact!

  Tonight you can check The Kooks out on Later With Jools Holland (new live format) at 10pm on BBC2. Performances from the band will also be on the show this Friday 11th at 11:35pm.
