  Working For The Yankee Dollar with it's military anthem style beat and Goodbye Civilian which zips along with Mike Baillie providing some interesting drum rolls along with the interesting mix of guitar and Synth are my fave skid songs.Stuart Adamson was a good guitar slinger i saw Big Country play a great show in Vancouver at The Town Pump club in 1993 R.I.P. Stuart you're gone but in no way forgotten.

  Into the valley, peas sure sound divine. That sissy suffered you, but who can Viv iron? As soldiers go marching there's masses of lamb. Whose disease is catskin . . . AHOY! AHOY! Barman and soda! Funny Maxell advert, but what a great band. Loving Richard's new version of this song. Hope I can find it over here in the States.

  the skids are awesome and greenday and u2 aint a patch with the saints r coming i still prefer into the vally no matter how often i hear it the hairs on the back of my neck still stand up

  Let's just say anyone who knows me knows my views on Greenday and the lil leprachaun who fronts the band (although that's an insult to Leprachauns! and the term band is used very lightly!) anyway that version didn't even come close to The Skids!! which is sheer brilliance in my mind and if you dont like it then ...................!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:-)
