  You guys were incredible at VirginFest! I'm so glad we figured out that you guys were billing yourselves as the Swell Season-- we had seen Once, but didn't know that you were actually touring. Definitely a favorite performance-- Glen: the incident with the camera-man was inspirational; way to keep your form of art as pure as possible. And though I didn't get to hear the encore, I know it was amazing. Keep making great music!

  I mean no disrespect, but I am very disappointed in the shocking amount of artists that skip Chicago during a tour. I have always considered it to be a major music capital of the world. I just hope you can make it next time cause I know a lot of people will be waiting for you
