In 1977 the first grouping of Annie Lennox and Dave A Stewart (who later became Eurythmics) was a small group with Peet Coombes called 'The Catch' after only one single - Borderline/Black Blood they recruited bass guitarist Eddie Chin and drummer Jim "Do It" Toomey and re-christened themselves 'The Tourists' and in 1978 were a viable live gig band.
