We've added a new Videos page to the main Waterboys website, which includes all the videos that have been posted on the band's Myspace page over the past couple of years, including two newly uploaded ones: the legendary and much-requested film of the band playing FISHERMAN'S BLUES on British TV's The Tube in 1986, and KILLING MY HEART, a rare clip of Mike, Anto and Trevor reunited in a performance on Irish TV in 1998. BELFAST MUSICIANS PLAY "FISHERMAN'S BLUES REVISITED" GIG - SEPT 28
To mark the 20th anniversary of the release of the Waterboys classic album Fisherman's Blues, a special multi-artist concert is being held at the Oh Yeah music centre, Gordon Street, Belfast on September 28th, at 8pm. The concert is part of the Open House Festival and is part-organised by journalist Stuart Bailie an old friend of the band's. When told about the concert Mike Scott said: "I'm thrilled the musicians of Belfast are doing this. I hope someone sends me a bootleg!". STEVE WICKHAM & NO CROWS - RADIO CONCERT
Steve Wickham's Sligo band NO CROWS will be playing a concert at the RTE Studios, Donnybrook, Dublin on Friday 19th Sept, for the radio show Roots Freeway. The band will play a 40-50 minute set and share the bill with the Carter Brothers.
