  NPR's Live Music podcast has a 2.5 hour Tom Waits concert from his recent tour--the sound is phenomenal and Tom is brilliant.

  I saw Tom at the Alabama Theatre in Birmingham on July 3rd. Best damn concert I've seen in my life. He ended the show with "Come On Up To The House" and it was more moving than anything I've ever experienced. Kept a setlist too, if anyone's interested.
