  I FAR prefer the "edgyness" of the PRE Michael Schenker UFO. IMHO later songs tend to be "too controlled". While the band is brillant at build ups it inevitableable backs away TOO quickly, causing a feeling of mediocracy, and a jaring loss of momentum They're technically able to do maintain their momentum and I think that perhaps what they REALLY need is a producer/manager, who'll be able to encourage/"order" them to keep going, and take a song to where it clearly can be felt that it wan...   Michael Schenkers solo on Rock Bottom (Strangers in the Night digitally remastered Live recording) remains one of the top pure rock performances of all time. Can't wait for the Oct show in Virginia.
