An amazing vocalist/poet who colaborates with some of the worlds greatest music producer on her albums Very hard hitting. Would've loved to have saw he live in a dimly lit, smoke filled small venue, but that ain't going to happen in the UK now :(.

First time I heard her on an album of the roots. She has such a soft voice, and telling such bitter stories. A really underrated poetess.
