  NO SHIT...all named Utopia is legal. doesn't need to call a "lawyer" or such. depending on the band from which it came. a lil advice, find the music you love with writing songs, not the band name. because, a lot of bands that have similar names and not only the band UTOPIA.another, "history" is not the problem, music is universal, including the name of the band itself.. maybe u should "boo" to urself,or maybe u should "change" ur underwear bcoz too loong u looking ur "utopia".finally, u all ...   Anyone who is a Todd Rundgren fan would know history. I'll break it down simple: 1st in Woody's Truckstop, The Nazz, Solo, TR's Utopia, Utopia, & still solo. Peace l~

  Either Todd Rundgren went heavy metal on us or the band doing the free downloads here didn't realize that there already is a pretty well known band with this same name. Most of the clips seem to be the "Rundgren" Utopia, a clever pop rock band with generally slick production and catchy tunes that has featured Todd on many of their recordings.
