    One night in 1989 I turned on The Byron Allen Show and saw a talented blonde playing piano and singing a song called "Don't Cry Ilene." I bought the tape the next day and I've been a fan ever since...in fact, I only started watching Ally McBeal after I heard Vonda was on it. Vonda, your music is an inspiration to me. I saw you twice when I lived in Seattle (late 90's), and I hope you visit Chicago soon. Love, John Jones
