Just wanted to say I had fun on Good Day L.A. yesterday. It was great to see Steve, Jillian, and Dorothy again. And I want to send a special thanks to Manny at the Torrance Borders for being so supportive. (Manny clapped the loudest!) Thanks for the book, Earl!
I look forward to seeing you all in San Francisco, Sacramento, and Portland in the next week.

Vonda's new CD From the Sun hits US stores and digital outlets tomorrow. (European release is November 14.) We're very excited and have lots going on. If you pre-ordered a copy, I'm on my way to the post office right now to mail it out to you. We just got them a couple of days ago from the distributor so Vonda signed her fingers off yesterday with much love and appreciation in her heart. If you would like to get a signed copy, just order From the Sun through www.vondashepard.combefore September 30 and I'll hook you up.
Below is a list of upcoming TV appearances in Phoenix, Orange County, San Diego, Sacramento, and Portland to go with the Borders in-stores. We're continually adding some more of this kind of stuff and some actual shows, too. Keep an eye on the website for the latest and greatest news.

Hi everyone, it’s me, Vonda!!!
How are you? I just read everyone's comments on MySpace. Thank you so much for your kind words. I really was moved. We're gearing up for an exciting release at the beginning of Sept., as Kelly has mentioned. I am finally getting a bit of time to check in with MySpace, my website, etc. We were working on the artwork, which is finished. Looks cool! The band & I did a little east coast run...so much fun! I love touring, as you know...hope to do lots more soon. I have a new agent, and will be booking the fall pronto. Also, we pushed the European tour to Jan. Feb., as we need lots of time to set up the record. (sorry!). We'll get there, I promise. Some of the best memories of my life are from the road. Can't wait to see you all out there (Germany, Spain, France, Sweden, Austria, Switzerland, etc...Estonia, Lithuania...Latvia)!!! Miss you!
Also Houston! I've been trying to get to Houston, Florida etc...I hear you Houston! It's a big world, but I'm gonna paint it!

Hi everyone,
We've just polished our little MySpace page to give you a taste of the new website that is in the works. We hope it'll be live by the end of June. And we've set up a Facebook fan page, too. Join us on those, too, won't you?
We've also been working on a behind-the-scenes video to give you a sample of the new music and what Vonda's been up to for the past few months. That's up now.
And, our new distributor asked to push the record release back to September 2 to give them time to set things up properly. We know that's disappointing. No one is more ready to get this ball rolling than Vonda is, but we want to do things right.
Our new agent is starting to work on fall tour dates in the US, including some promo shows at various Borders around the country. Our other new agent is working on a January tour for Europe. Asia is also in the works, so Vonda will be seeing EVERYONE very soon.
Thank you so much for your patience and support. It means the world to Vonda and everyone else involved. It ain't easy being indie, but it sure is fun!
