I've been writing songs for ten years and finally got a chance to record a few of them recently. I now have an album's worth of music that chronicles the difficulties of relationships in our accelerated world. This in itself isn't a new concept, but I think that lyrically and melodically the music is unique, and I hope that it communicates to people who hear it. As far as I know, I'm one of the only Asian-American acoustic pop singer/songwriters around, so that in itself is also out of the ordinary.
