Dysfunkshun is an original veteran touring band from the northeast. Their roots began in punk and evolved into cross-over hip hop combining political rap with funk rhythms and rock/metal guitars. Through many incarnations, the band has developed their sound and song writing craft over the years and sharpened their edge, coming full circle to define a new sound they call Punk Rap. The band arranges their music with three vocals providing a dual rap, catchy backups and melodic harmonies. They are powered by two guitars with Mesa Boogie Rectifier amps and virtually no effects.
