THERE ARE NO GUITARS ON THESE RECORDINGS: ALL MUSIC WAS MADE BY BASS, DRUMS, AND SLIGHT TOUCHES OF KEYBOARDS. We played for quite a few years in Osaka in various bands which kept us too busy to hook up. When we finally did, we realized that we wanted to do something completely different, without guitars. These songs are from a concept album called The Last Disco Song which is about Jack Slander, a has-been disco clown who spends his time roaming the streets of New Orleans, living in the past, and doing way too much cocaine. Each song is a "chapter" of Jack's story. Regardless of what you think of these songs, they are much better than they might have been thanks to the mixing, editing, and production work of our great friend Ryan Thomas.
