    I like very few female singers,but florence and the machine was pretty cool! Thanks! I havent been able to really check out anything new lately because my computer kind of died,well it was old,almost 35 in cat years,so it was bound to happen...but anyway,I just wanted to stop by and say hello :)

    No darkness aside the usual craving for a lot of sad music, I'm afraid. And I'm well surprised somebody out there is still looking at my playlist :) Thanks for the attentive attitude. I'll recommend you Kashmir for that (a nod to 'Surfing the Warm Industry' and 'In the Sand' - then, try them all) :)

    You're very welcome :) I've heard about the mermaids a while back,but I haven't been able to find any of their songs anywhere,hopefully they do well enough to have some cds made, Katie has such a great voice,I especially appreciate her lyrics,they seem a mix between poetry and diary entries,or just random thoughts that go through her head,I like that. My musical tastes seem to be bouncing all over the place lately. I accidently downloaded art star a few years ago and I thought the lyrics and everything were really funny,so I kept it,now its probably my favorite Yeahs song...

I was upset when I heard they broke up,and didnt realize they released anything else until the other night,but anyway,it's good!
