dude.. trivium was ok...til they decided to be trivallica...you know sound as much like metallica as possible.now dont get me wrong, i like metallica. i also dont mind korn. but i have very wide tastes and like all forms of metal
It is clear that most agree there are different genres of metal depending on the sound. For all of you that think Korn is metal, you don't know what good metal music is. One should try to listening to TRIVIUM. They are the best new metal band to hit the stage.
you all have it wrong!real metal can only be classified by the musicians.such as bands like down,crowbar,sepultura people that have been around since the turning point of metal.all these other bands are new metal still they have there comparesons but are not the same.i think some of you are to young to understand.tom d has a good understanding on all of this!!
tbh, metal is such a wide genre covering silly amounts of sub-genre's that its hard to classify all bands
but in my opinion korn aren't heavy metal, they're just metal. and i dnt meant the classic metal like iron maiden etc (coz they're fucking amazing) its easier to classify korn as metal. (well at least their older stuff teh new stuff isdrifting further and firther away from my idea of metal). there;s another point, people have different ideas of what metal is so its pointless arguing. rock the fuck on
korn isnt metal they are hard rock or nu metal and yes older mudvayne is metal just because it isnt super heavy doesnt mean it isnt metal it means you listen to heavy metal and call it normal metal
Korn is a disgrace calling themselves as metal... fucking posers those who say that death metal sucks, because if you like metal, then you like ALL (true) genres, excluiding the shitty metalcore and all those poser bands
