i ache everywhere from gymnastics i peeled of the bar doing a baby giant and landed on my stomach it really hurt a baby giant is where you are like in a cast position and you cast off the bar then you glide down and som how pull your self back onto the bar like you wwere so i peeled of on the cast part peeling off is where your grips loose grip of the bar
