i checked out your site today, and i must say you have such a beautiful family - absolutely stunning!!! do you have a portfolio online somewhere? i was curious to see what work you've done... always looking for inspiration. :)
... yea "flir" reminds me a lot of "delirium" from back in the day. if you like them, check out "elika" - i sent you a track. i hold them in a similar range - but more closer to "lamb" crossed with "cocteau twins." just a bit more grit or edginess to them... enjoy!
i'm booked up usually, for one of various projects in print, motion graphics or interactive... i'm always interested in new projects tho. thanks for those kind words - :)
Hey weeve, thnx for the recs. That's really quite freaky as I was just listening to Historia De La Musica Rock today. Wow..great minds..etc. Have been getting into some Ben Double M, Pheugoo, Alex H, Earworm, bit of Illuminoids and after not liking his stuff for a while, back into Party Ben of late. Feelin' the variety in your collection and looking forward to more quality recs. Cheers from the Friendly Isles.
Been saying this a lot today, but diggin' the ecelectic choices and broad varied range of styles. Can't fault anyone with Go Home Productions on rotation. Feelin' the reviews, comments and recommendations also. Downloaded that Andrew Rothman, Sly Stone cover per your recommend...good call ..an interesting perhaps less soulful but strangely poignant treatment. Thanks for the add.
Haha... okay, now that's scary ;) how come you know that line? Are you half faroese, perhaps?
Anyways, the weather here is very bad, storm and rain.. sad, right?
Nitro is still there, although it's now called Blaze. It was a regular dance club for a while, but now it's a Mexican Dance Club.
I love the Michigan Pronunciation Guide! But I don't have an accent! The guy at Kroger's told me so.
The Universal! Wow. When I read this, I thought, "Is that a cover of the great Small Faces tune?" After listening to the sample I don't think so. But I like it anyway. (Long live Steve Marriott (RIP)).
I ran across "Genres and History" on the Apple iTunes store...found some amazing old tunes from my childhood. If you see a number of tunes from '68 through '73 on my profile, it's just a momentary flashback. :)

And yet I still feel like a shoe clerk, Sheesh. Someone has 30,000 points... and no life, apparently.
